The “Pipetting Techniques for Cell Cultures” is a ONE (1) day face- to-face training workshop by MedicSkills Sdn Bhd in collaboration with Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR University College).

Pipettes are common laboratory tools vital for various experimental work especially when dealing with cell cultures. We require pipettes to seed the cells into culture flasks and to conduct various bioactivity assays. As there are many different pipettes available, the right selection of pipettes is very crucial to obtain accurate volume of solutions.

In this training workshop, participants will be exposed to the types of pipettes suitable for cell culture work, important techniques of pipette handling, as well as the proper pipetting and dispensing steps.
