M.B.B.S (Mysore), Masters in Pathology (Histopathology) (UM)
Dr. Lily was the chairman of the Risk Management and has initiated as well as implemented “risk management” in various departments in Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL). She also implemented “Patient Safety” goals in HKL using risk management principles.
Dr. Lily also actively involve in Quality assurance activites. She was involved in the successful implementation of Quality Management systems in medical laboratories both government (ISO 15189) and private sector (Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Laboratories)
