Dr Sukhbinder Singh a/l Jugh Singh graduated from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) Kasturba Medical college, in 2001 with a bachelor of MEDICINE AND BACHELOR OF SURGERY.

He then joined Hospital Kuala Lumpur as a houseman. He did his orthopedic surgery rotation as a house officer, followed by obstetrics and gynecology and medical.

After gaining his full Medical Officer status, he was assigned to emergency medicine (accident and trauma) followed by permanent attachment in the surgical team in Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
